Job Responsibilities-: Ensure 100% maintenance of all machine on weekly/ monthly base plans Long term preventive maintenance planning as per forecast Co-ordinate with store team to ensure availability of spares as per Plan Design and implement QMS for the plant Monitor and control of machine to ensure zero defects packets form machine at factory level Analyze defect trend and implement CAPA & PM Ensure compliance to GMP at all times Minimize consumable or routine repair cost Identify operators productivity losses and take initiatives to reduce the same Capture packing and printing equipment efficiency losses and carry corrective measures to reduce the same Ensure 100% compliance to all SHE systems and procedures by operators Prepare SOPs for safe operation. Ensure shop-floor discipline Carry periodic performance review for all reportees. Skill gap analysis and training plan implementation for machine operators Skills Required: Should be able to overhaul the machine him self Ability to identify problem or machine failure probability by CLIT or LLF technique Ability to work with various packaging machine operation and maintenance Working knowledge of high-speed printing machines with TTO or inkjet type Conceptual clarity about an end to end maintenance process and identify bottlenecks in the machine throughput Understanding of applicable occupational health and safety measures for operators Handle conflicts/ stress - Ability to work efficiently even under challenging situations Desire to excel - High motivational level to deliver results Ability to communicate with superiors and subordinates with clarity and impact Experience Required: should have at least 8 yrs. of experience in the Production dept. with a mid-cap company preferably food division. Qualification required: ITI or D.E. (Mech)
