Job Description:- Build a strong Sales funnel by developing & implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs Lead the team to achieve and exceed the revenue targets [individual targets & team targets] Work with the technical team and other internal colleagues to meet client needs. Ensure to perform these roles promptly - New Business Development | Management and Research to acquire new geographies Developing quotes and proposals for clients Experience in On-line bidding is a plus Capable to work independently with minimal guidance​ and handle a team Strong experience in handling International IT Sales Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s growth Years of Experience -5 to 10 Years Number of Position - 1
