Duties and Responsibilities:- To maintain portfolio immaculately Delivering nil flows and rollback of delinquent accounts from Buket-0 Bucket-2 Personal visit of customers to check on route cause of delinquency. Regular follow-ups with team. Constant monitoring of MIS and ensuring smooth updating of SOA s. Skills Required: People Management skills. Demonstrated success achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Negotiation Skills. Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance. Experience Required: 3-7 years
