Job Requires:
a) Graduate in any stream
b) Preference &ndash Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical or MBA/Diploma with marketing specialization.
c) Minimum Experience of 1 &ndash 3 Year in selling. Preferably Industrial Sales of Maintenance Products / Conceptual
Product selling.
d) Experience in repairing or handling welding machineries. The candidates should be aware of Basic of welding
Machines/Electrical Circuits/ PCB Drawings & Troubleshooting of electrical circuits.
e) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
f) Highly motivated having dynamic creative and innovative personality.
g) Extrovert confident and possess leadership qualities
h) Candidate should have a flair for marketing
i) Male candidates preferred
j) Ready for extensive travelling.

Responsibilities:
a) Job demand need based selling application oriented selling approach.
b) Plan visits to prospects regularly and explain the product range with demonstration and on-jobs applications.
c) Confidently present product to prospects/ customers and find out other applications and suggest product from
range. Convince customer bring about sales.
d) Study market trends and competitors activity.
e) Prepare weekly reports of customer and business prospects.
f) Developing sales team.
g) Need to develop and maintain good contacts with the top management of the companies.
h) Register Service Complaints and visit the customer to solve the service related problems.
i) Commissioning of Welding Machines at various sites in Karnataka

Products Group to Handle: Welding Equipment & Consumables Spares

CTC + Incentives (depending on candidate profiles)
