Operation Executive

Job Description

position Overview:

 We need Operation Executive for travel industry to plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of travel-related services and operations. This position involves overseeing various aspects of travel arrangements, from managing bookings to handling logistics and resolving operational issues. The primary focus is to provide efficient and high-quality services to travellers, travel agents, and other involved in the travel process.

Key Responsibilities:

 1.Booking and Reservations:
Process travel bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation services.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to confirm reservations and ensure accuracy.
Ensure that all travel arrangements align with client preferences and comply with company policies.


2.Customer Support:
Provide assistance to clients and travel agents in resolving inquiries, concerns, or issues related to travel arrangements.
Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.


3.Vendor Management:
Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability and secure the best possible rates for clients.


4.Operational Efficiency:
Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and deliver excellent service within set timelines.
Monitor and analyze travel-related data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.


5.Crisis Management:
Respond effectively to travel disruptions, emergencies, and unexpected situations.
Coordinate with relevant parties to implement alternative arrangements in case of unforeseen events.


6.Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and travel-related legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of travel transactions and financial activities.


7.Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, travel technologies, and best practices.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar operational role within the travel industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Problem-solving skills to address travel-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough approach to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in the travel industry.
