CTC : 2.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Vikhroli
Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and
finance. The individual will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company s financial
transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable:
Generate customer invoices and statements.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment issues.

Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and report any irregularities.

Expense Management:
Review and process employee expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies.

Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Provide financial reports to management as needed.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies and Assist in the preparation of
documentation for audits as per Government norms.

Software Proficiency:
Utilize accounting software for efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Tally MS Office

Communication:
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ad hoc Tasks:
Assist in special projects and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor& rsquo s degree in accounting Finance or related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
