JOB Title : Principal Engineer
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid mode)
Experience: Above 13 years experience guys with Python-Fastapi experience.

We are looking to add a Principal Engineer to our growing company. This position will report to the Engineering Manager directly and will operate outside of but in close collaboration with all teams and projects. The Principal Engineer role entails being a leader for the entire engineering department. This person will be the first point of contact for all engineers and teams and must be able to make decisions and present solutions for any issues. They will ensure excellence in the product being delivered and
ensure delivery in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Branch management and control of code flow through version control and environments.
• Ensure a quality product through code excellence.
• Release planning, organization, and oversight.
• Respond to production issues and able to work in critical timeframes.
• Troubleshooting of issues and delegation of tasks to most qualified team members.
• Supervise and assist developers with technical issues and blockers.
• Act in leadership role across all projects and teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a software engineer or similar environment.
• 5 years of experience as a senior engineer or similar leadership role.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
