Sr. Business Development Executive - staffing

Job Description

Position: Sr. Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore 

Work Mode: office based

Experience: 3-5Years

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels
  • Contact potential clients to understand their staffing requirements
  • Present and promote staffing services to clients
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes is mandatory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Salary Structure:

Fixed monthly + Variable Monthly + Quarterly performance pay.
