Job Description Completions Engineer (MBA Development Project) 1.Technical: ⨀ Provide Petroleum and Production Engineering Input for Completion/Work-Over, WRM, and Reservoir Development Activities ⨀ Responsible for preparing and reviewing Basis of Well Designs (BOWD), Completion Design Selection and well specific programs (Completions, Work-over, and well services activities). ⨀ Accountable for Planning and Execution of Infill, Development and Appraisal Campaigns from Completions, Work-over, Well Services and hook‐up point of view of the wells. ⨀ Artificial Lift (Jet Pump, ESP & PCP) Modelling, Designing, and Selection for the ongoing campaign for different fields. ⨀ Able to conduct a techno-commercial evaluation of new technologies, designs, technical proposals, technical bids, and deviations proposed. ⨀ Responsible for yearly budget estimation/preparation, interaction with JV and other regulatory bodies for project approvals, material procurement, and contract management. ⨀ Able to handle additional responsibilities of Scope of Work preparation for various fields (including developed and appraised fields), critically evaluate multiple technical bids, etc. 2. Operational: ⨀ Support engineering and operations staff in implementing field development plans. ⨀ Responsible for day to day Coordination for field Operations for completions activities, Completions Tally Preparation and reviewing, Cased-hole and Production Log evaluation and Well Acceptance post-flow‐back and hook‐up. ⨀ Responsible for field execution of various types of Completions for Rajasthan onshore fields. Manage multiple Completions / Work-Over rig Operations simultaneously. ⨀ Monitor performance of existing artificial lift installations and identify deviations from optimal production behavior. Troubleshoot operating problems and recommend corrective action as needed. ⨀ Plan and implement completion/work-over and well-servicing procedures to replace downhole equipment, repair mechanical problems and install an artificial lift or other downhole equipment. ⨀ Work with production operations staff to implement a program of fluid sampling, production tests, pressure tests, production logging and other surveillance activities designed to understand and control well performance. ⨀ Generate well work programs for completion, workover, intervention, sand control and other activities designed to safely and efficient
