US Shift- HR Generalist HR Executive, (Night Shift). -WST/ US HR Executive Location- Indore (M.P) Shift: 6 pm to 3:30 am (Male) 8:00 pm to 6:00 am (Female) Salary Slab- 1.8LPA-2.20LPA Job Description Handle complete Onboarding and documentation of employees in the USA. Perform reference check. Manage Background and Drug test of the employees. Co-ordination for joining formalities. Co-ordination of Salary and benefits. Handle employee issues and grievances. Requirements Must have excellent Communication skills. Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented. Strong organizational skills. Good Team player. Job Description Take complete care of the HR and Admin duties Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team Manage the attendance and leaves of the employees and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data Handle complete Onboarding and documentation of employees in India.
