Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve Internet network and telephone device issues. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Requirements-: Proven work experience as a Technical Support Executive, Engineer, or similar role Hands-on experience with Modems/Routers, Telephones, PABX systems, Printers and network devices. Good understanding of Internet, Telephone, PABX/ Cloud System, mobile devices and other telecom products
