Job Summary: Provide quality of customer Service on every call Resolve product/ service queries and problems Monitor customer records and daily reports Key Skill: Listening, Telephone Manners & Etiquettes, clarity, brevity Multi- tasking, documentation Command over English speaking Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG with 1/ 2 to 2 years hands- on Qualities: Good Communication and Presentation Skills Fluent in English and decent Hindi. (Other Languages welcome) Excellent at Client handling and servicing Telephone Manners & Etiquettes Knowledge of Financial Market is an added advantage
