Should be able to attract maximum pool of candidates Conduct walk-in drives with foot falls not less than 50 Attend job fairs and other events and to search right talent for required job opening Travel to various locations to find the right candidate for the job Zero delay in hiring candidates Adhere to the approval process of selected candidates Prepare offer letters and should be able to negotiate notice period and compensation Follow up with the candidate till their joining Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates Branch Visit Employee Engagement HR and Admin Activities Maintain MIS Training when required Prepare HR Admin checklist and maintain MIS of the same
