Should be able to handle area with 4-5 Branches, 20-25 people and a portfolio of 8 to 15 cr Managing and supervising the assigned area with minimum supervision Achievedesired productivity levels from branch teams Make sure to build and maintain a quality portfolio of clients Ensuring Collections level to remain always at 99.75% ++ Ensuring NPAs to be under control Ensuring Daily Co-ordination with Support function Visiting each branch minimum 3-4 times a month Making sure each Field Executive and Branch Manager achieves their goal and every single team member is profitable, Each single branch is profitable Keeping close eye on Collections, EOD, Reports, Audit observations etc Must be from Microfinance field, Someone with 3 and above year experience, Current Designation must be Branch Manager and above for last 1.5 year Good Oral, Written & Presentation Skills required Excel up to Pivot & VLOOKUP is must Must be Graduate
