Job Description

Exp: 5 - 10 Years Ø Knowledge about IGBT products and its wiring. Knowledge about electrical panel wiring diagram study and knowledge about electrical panel manufacturing. Hands-on experienceon wiring will be added advantage. Ø Attending the customer complaints and providing solutions with required reports. Act as a solution provider. Ø Set clear goals and expectations to foreman. Providing technical guidance where required. Ability to take output as per required production targets. Ø Ensure production should be cost effective. Ø Ready to visit at site as and when required to study field complaints. Ø Report work progress on day to day basis with required details to achieve production targets with high Quality. Ø Daily & Weekly work Progress Report Preparation and Keep the Record. Ø Collaborate with purchase, design, PCB, Quality control and inter department. Provide trouble-shooting support to improve operational efficiencies. Ø Supervise and support juniors and guide them as and when required. Ø Manage engineering R & D projects and deliver them on time. Ø Knowledge about ISO Activities and documentation. Ø Become involved with PLC configuration programs, ladder logic diagrams. Key skills necessary: Ø Kaizen, 5-S, Lean Management knowledge would be added advantages. Required Candidate profile Ø Positive Attitude and have a deep level understanding.
