Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates. 2. Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. 3. Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements. 4. Source active and passive candidates for (Contract/Contract to Hire and Permanent Requirements). 5. Managing technical recruitments for the Business unit. 6. Follow the Recruitment Process as defined by Zentek. 7. Line up Candidates for Interviews and build a strong database. 8. Report Generation, Resume Formatting and Job Posting. 9. Vendor Management etc. 10. Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. 11. Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required. 12. Excellent Telephonic Etiquette. 13. Excellent written and oral English
