Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd is hiring candidates for below mentioned position Floor Coordinator Experience:- 1 to 3 years Job description:- To co- ordinate for Admission & Discharge processes. To solve patient & their attendants' queries & issues. To check for cleaning status of the rooms & toilets, availability of all amenities; coordinate with the respective stakeholders/ reporting superior from Operations team in case of any concern. To provide healthy and comfortable environment to the Patient & their attendants. To collect feedback from patients & ensure maximum feedbacks. Responsible to handle all day to day activities of wards; take care of in-patients & their attendants' grievances in terms of all services; Coordination of activities in Patient Care areas; handle Patient Grievances. To type Discharge Summaries To monitor and maintain TAT records (Discharge & Other Quality Parameters) To ensure implementation of SOPs in coordination with reporting superior To complete any other work assigned/ required from time to time basis.
