Tech/ MCA/ MS- IT/ CS 1 – 5 Years Marketing This role will be responsible for managing the social media and websites for the company, as well as the CRM databases. You will be planning and implementing both digital and direct mail campaigns, preparing marketing material and press releases, liaise with external agencies, writing annual marketing plans in addition to monthly reports. Executing demand generation programs including email, direct mail and online campaigns Formulating the marketing strategy for the product segment Identifying strategies to improve the engagement and retention of customers Develop a strong brand identity in the market Create and implement B2B marketing strategies to generate new business, including lead generation for the sales team Co-coordinating press releases and case studies Provide support to the sales team to identify and quantify market opportunities Lead market research initiatives to provide customer insights Design and deliver creative content across a range of marketing channels including client presentations, direct marketing emails and company website Use latest leading marketing tools to track and analyze effectiveness of channels and campaigns and incorporate key learnings into the direction of new initiatives Develop and launch the businesses social media presence Develop the company’s external visibility programme including selection of trade shows and events, speaking engagements, seminars and webinars to develop our reputation of thought leadership Manages and delivers all aspects of lead generation, client engagement and brand awareness events Liaises with creative and support agencies for the production of merchandise and Marketing collateral Assists the Digital Marketing Executive in the delivery of bi-annually client Newsletter Researches industry awards to identify appropriate awards that DST should consider entering Assists Marketing team in day to day administrative tasks Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role executing campaigns Background in technology (Desirable) Experience gained at a marketing agency (Desirable) Bachelor’s Degree/CIM qualification in Marketing (Desirable) Proactive self-starter, taking initiative to get things done without supervision Hands-on, willingness to get involved in multiple tasks as required Creative Highly organise
