Job profile includes: To conduct induction of the newly joined employee(s). To conduct training of newly joined employee(s) with the help of National Heads. To ensure smooth conduction and analysis of proficiency test. To prepare the Employee- Welfare Yearly Planner regarding employee- engagement activities and to ensure the execution of the planner religiously. To travel around the different campuses all across the nation regarding Welfare Training. To coordinate with the HR Head regarding the conduc... tion of picnic (if any). To address the grievances of the employee within 24 hrs of the complaint raised. To ensure safe record of attendance of employee(s)..etc.,
