ATMRF in past extended technical and process support to prominent blood services in the country and is now aiming for strategic expansion to other states where by the health care services will get needed support. Objective : Strategic expansion of ATMRF blood services to other parts of the country, strengthening blood services & act as Medical Director / Medical Officer / TM Consultant to Blood Centre in respective Units. Roles & Responsibilities: Understand and familiarize the existing successful model of blood transfusion services and develop approaches to scale up / replicate the model in other parts of the country. Contribute to develop integrated and sustainable model of blood services under ATMRF with well-established governance, protocols and management systems. Contribute towards designing strategies for expansion of blood services in various parts of the country and ensure setting up blood transfusion service centers. Ensure compliance of all regulatory matters/accreditations related to blood transfusion services and strengthen clinical governance. Contribute towards knowledge building efforts of the organization on emerging changes in transfusion medicine and blood services. Contribute to research and innovations and work on organizational processes to monitor the progress. Engage various stakeholders at national and sub-national level to improve blood transfusion services. Contribute to brand building of ATMRF and its co-brand's pioneering efforts in blood transfusion services. Periodic reporting of progress as per the approved strategies to Medical Director and Board.
