Hotel Manager  Avg Salary : INR 17000 to 20000 per month (Fixed + Incentive)  Candidate must have valid AADHAR and PAN card. CANDIDATE MUST BE 18+ Years of Age  Minimum Criteria (Mandatory)- 2 to 4 years of work experience for OTH (5STAR only) and 1 year for Flagship in front office or housekeeping role  Help & Assist Guests with Check-in & Check-out. Meets every guest upon Check-in & Check-out (MUST)  Easily Accessible/Reachable by Guests (Shares Business Card). Directly (& with immediacy) responds to (including via proactive engagement) & resolves Guest issues/queries/concerns  Gives courtesy calls to guests (as per a defined objective driven structure/format). Check and take care of Guest preferences and Special Days (Birthday, Anniversary).  Plans for & ensures that GRA`s execute in the schedule for Extra public Area and Room Cleaning ( Spring Cleaning-Weekly basis). Checks for Pest Control & Horticulture.  Accountable for the P&L of the Hotel. Checks for Inventory and maintains proper Par stock. Checks and Takes care of Expenses Incurred. Conducts the BrainPlay-OSI directed Training Schedule regularly. Conducts the Morning Stand-Ups (in which he/she also assigns and allocates. jobs and responsibility to the team members). Prepares the Roster for the Team. Guest Relationship Executive  Avg Salary : INR 11000 to 14000 per month  Candidate must have valid AADHAR and PAN card. CANDIDATE MUST BE 18+ Years of Age  Minimum Criteria (Mandatory): 12th Pass  Helps & Assists the Hotel Manager with all day tasks. Takes charge of the Hotel (for own shift) when the Hotel Manager is not around (including Morning Stand-Ups).  Present at the Lobby for any sort of Guest query and assistance (including Check-In & Check-Out, when the Hotel Manager is unavailable).. Handles all guest complaints including managing guests having problems..  Takes the initiative to create suitable (and relevant) Guest interactions. Takes the initiative (including proactively where required) to take care of guest requests.  In the Morning shift takes care of Breakfast orders (Cooking). Check all the arrival ready rooms before guest arrival.. Maintains the Inventory of the various stocks.
