Description : 1.To provide sales quotes, prepare inward receipts, work orders, invoices and submission of test report in the shortest possible time to provide excellent customer satisfaction simultaneously maintain all the quality norms. 2.Provide help and support to the customers (existing and new) in filling up the forms, providing technical and commercial information to improve their satisfaction with ERDA. 3.To follow and maintain quality norms strictly 4.To use CRM module for improvement of business and customer satisfaction 5.Providing timely MIS to management on monthly basis and as and when called for 6.Handling, tagging, storing, safe keeping of samples and to give it to sections for testing Required Candidate profile 1. Working knowledge of ERP for order handling and knowledge of CRM module shall be added advantage 2.Knowledge of any electrical equipment testing/specification, codes shall be advantageous 3. Knowledge of IS /IEC for electrical equipment is desirable 4. Highly customer centric, customer friendly, with positive attitude and open to change and ready to learn 5. Good verbal and written communication skills 6. To work under pressure and in demanding situation 7. Working knowledge of ERP (Microsoft dynamics NAV preferred) 8. Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics CRM module will be of added advantage.
