Tyresoles is hiring candidates for below mentioned position Production Manager Experience:- 5 to 8 years Roles Responsibilities:- i)Run a Retreading factory independently. ii) production Planning Control- Ensure production happens with Tyresoles standards and all systems and processes are being followed with zero backlogs iii) Manpower planning for the shop floor, training matrix, record keeping, shift wise production report, increase productivity through better efficiency. iv) Provide Safety, Quality Production leadership for all workers Supervisors.. v) Material planning- Ordering of material as per consumption trend-wise, compare the cost of materials from various suppliers
