ElasticRun is hiring candidates for below mentioned position Field Recruitment Executive Experience:- 1 to 6 years Job Description:- Identify and onboard effective and heathy network of stores/freelancers (Variable Delivery Network). * Maintain a healthy relationship with the Variable delivery Network * Monitor the health of the network. * Ensure training of the operators and Variable delivery Network on systems, processes, and KPIs * Plan network expansion in the given territory in view of the business requirements. * Plan resource requirement in line with business requirements
