Roles and Responsibilities : Engaged in performance monitoring of all key elements of production management. Ensure all products are prepared and tested in accordance with the policies, procedures and professional standards. Perform production of all products prior to sale or use, to ensure product quality and reliability. Control the materials and resources to meet quality and production schedules. Maintain manufacturing objectives and coordinates with quality control to maximize the product reliability. Ensure that the calibration & maintenance cycles are adhered to and documented throughout the QC/Production department. Carry out audit tasks as required by the Quality System Audit Schedule. Accountable for all IPQC (in-process quality control) finished products, Packing materials, intermediates and documentation etc. Accountable for processes improvement. Conduct External audit at the vendor site, vendor rating and their approvals for cost reductions. Monthly production planning, weekly planning of preventive maintenance . Achieve production target with minimum rejection and with best quality. Manpower handling & managing shift operation. Checking and analyses of daily production & rejection report. Maintain and making SOPs and work instruction, maintain GMP in clean room area. Follow-up of daily targets with dispatch dates. Arrange training program for workers & staffs who are working in production and implement training effectiveness in working area. Analyses of machine O.E.E (over all equipment efficiency) daily, need to take necessary steps to improve machines OEE. Maintain inspection report- Product, machines, etc. To send monthly report to plant/ respective head. Required Candidate profile:- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Ability to effectively lead and direct employees Detail-oriented and extremely efficient Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships Experience Required: 5-10 years
