Job description:- a. Responsible for co-ordination & connect between Pre-school & Kalorex in functional matters b. Designing of the curriculum, content writing & lesson plan manuals for pre-primary years. c. Responsible for doing quality audits to ensure quality standards across all centres of Kalorex Pre-schools d. Co-ordinate for financial, budgetary, media related aspects and others of the preschool with ALTUS. e. Analyze the academic performance of the centres and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results at the centres. f. Conduct of regular refreshment training & workshops for the teachers g. Designing and facilitating Parenting workshops h. Paying visits to the franchisees i. Preparation of academic performance report of individual franchisees j. Preparation of Comprehensive continuous evaluation report k. Any other job assigned as per the requirements on time to time. Experience Required: 3 - 5 years
