Roaming Routes India is hiring candidates for below mentioned position Sales & Operations Executive Job Description:- Understand the policies and products of the company and respond to all types of queries received online Channel To give Precise, Authentic & standard Information about our product & brief the guest with current offers or discounts and convince them for booking. To ensure proper updation of all enquiries , bookings & related communication for smooth processing of booking Ensure that all payments from the guests are received on time i.e. prior to the tour departure and thereby maintain zero outstanding. Updating reporting authority on a daily basis. To ensure that all services are delivered to guests as per the set standards. To handle guests' grievances and ensure that these are resolved within timelines. Ensure return calls are given to guests on the same day of receiving calls/queries. Ensure all after booking follow-ups are done 3 days after the booking date Ensure proper updation of inquiries, bookings, communication Ensure proper handling of after booking guests, visa documentation. Refunds if applicable to be disbursed within timelines To work towards strengthening relationship with Guests for e.g. wishing them on Birthdays/Anniversaries etc.
