Roles and Responsibilities 1. Outbound Telecalling process. 2. You will call prospective customers and generate interest in the product. 3. You will qualify new business leads as a result of cold calling on LGA data. 4. You will recruit telemarketing executives and handle them 5. You will monitor retention percentage on regular basis 6. You will make maximum number of appointments for a month 7. You will report weekly / monthly MIS to the Branch Manager 8. You will accurately verify the demographic and other details of the lead and to qualify data generated using surrogates and other data points. 9. You will create member interest in the product by communicating its features passionately. 10. You will generate quality appointments for the sales team that result in sales 11. You will maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.
