Job Description

1. Writing concise technical processes and procedures, creating process flowcharts, and documentation for heavy equipment and machinery, departments, and processes. 2. Developing technical processes and procedures and developing standard training manuals, quick start guides, presentation material, and various other forms of documentation. 3. Consult with subject matter experts to help them write standard operating procedures (SOPs), and develop internal procedural training. 4. Looking for operational efficiencies while documenting content and communicating areas of improvement within process. 5. Extensive experience writing SOPs, Documentation, Policies, and Procedures 6. Possess strong writing ability with excellent communication skills. 7. Be an analytical thinker who can help define and drive processes. 8. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technology. 9. Ability to apply copywriting skills to edit, review, and develop complete run books covering external and internal engagements, operating procedures, and methods of technical procedure documentation. Education UG :Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG :Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization Doctorate :Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
