Territory Manager/ Sr. Territory Manager

Job Description

Job Description: 1. You will identify key crops, key products and brands and target farmers to focus in assign areas 2. you will build and manage a team of 6-8 field executives and aligning them for maintaining customer relationships, increasing app downloads, meeting sales targets, and reconciling of stock and cash 3. You will plan and conduct marketing activities like farmer meeting, Farmer contacts, field days and regular basis 4. You will maintaining relationship with Big farmers (More than 20 hectares) 5. You will train & develop sales executives 6. You will be self-motivated to reconcile Stock management, Cash management (Collection compilation, Deposition in company account) for self and team without fail 7. You will manage cash from the field staff and ensuring timely deposits 8. You will plan and execute key marketing activities in the assigned region to increase customer base and app downloads Skills Required: Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Sales Officer or Field Officer, field sales experience is must Proven track record of increasing sales / revenue / customer base is preferred Ability to execute sales strategies Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill, and ability to convince team-mates and potential consumers Organizational, Managerial and Leadership ability Problem-solving aptitude A self- starter and require minimal supervision Team Player aptitude Advanced skills in mobile application uses Ability to travel BSc Agri / Diploma in Agri, graduate with minimum 1-5 years of experience. Work Experience : 1-5 years field experience in Agri input industry on Sales side Age: 25 to 35 Years Only
