Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Implement & Monitor Company`s strategies & Quality Objectives. Achieve, Monitor & Review Sales target of the team, Volume, Product & group wise. Field Training, monitoring & asses on job training to the team - be a coach and mentor to the team. Development & maintenance of a productive and long lasting business relationship with all major business accounts. Appointment of channel partners, Assess & review the performance of channel partners periodically. Maintenance of product inventory with the channel partners. Identifying the need & organize training on regular interval for the channel partner to help implement company`s strategies & Quality objectives. Receivable & statutory documents collection from C&FA`s and others within stipulated time. Maintenance of healthy clean business relationship with Channel partners. Helping Sales Manager to develop promotional strategies. Helping Sales Manger to provide input to research & development of new/exsisting products. Competitor information to be gathered and to be passed on to HO. Primary & secondary target achievement as per above. Payment from C&FA to Company. Maintenance & updation of customers list & distributors list. Vacancy Management, Coaching team DS`s as required. Conduct products demonstrations in adequate numbers & quantity. Conduct New Product related activities like product launch, market & customer survey. Team Management- training, motivating, recruitment, attrition
