Job Description

Job Purpose:- The position will be responsible for the effective execution of technical services at the shopping center and ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Principal Accountability:- Ensure timely completion of fit outs of proposed retails outlets and retail support in terms of utility Ensure regular and systematic schedule of inspections for the facility, plant and Equipment's, to minimize/ zero down the down time Tracking and ensuring AMC renewals for all the equipment's and PPM schedule tracking and monitoring Ensure procurement & Inventory management of critical M & E spares; Vendor Performance Management - ensure the vendor performance is tracked basis the SLAs and KPIs drawn for better execution and any deviation to be reported to the management; Ensure Compliance (electrical inspectorate, lifts inspections, pollution control, water, waste management, fire inspections, property tax etc.) Liaison with civic agencies to ensure smooth operations of facilities Qualification, Experience and Skills:- Technically qualified with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in hospitality, Retail Industry Should be technically sound to manage and fix the breakdown/ technical issues Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be good team player
