Job Description

Job Responsibility:- -Cost Management and Cost-effectiveness at the branch to ensure profitability, also ensure that the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) norms at all times. -Responsible for adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements in the branch. -Responsible for dealing with External and Internal Auditors and inspections and compliance. -Conducting business development activities to achieve business targets. -Generally supervise and control the work of staff and departments in Branch and issue necessary directions. -Managing a team and Handling sales of Personal loan / Business loan / Loan to professional. -Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies. -Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch. -Ensure sales volumes for multiple products, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds. -Provide superior customer experience. -Taking care of admin and operation work at branch level. -Supervise and entrust Recovery of Overdue and follow-up of Non-Performing Assets. Experience Required: 6 - 11 years
