Job Requirements * 100% Calling Process. * Flexible to work in US/UK/AUS Shifts. * Excellent Communication Skills. * Fluent in English Speaking. * Should be Graduate or Under. * Experience in the same industry or in the same function is an added advantage. * Patience when handling tough cases. * Outstanding negotiation skill with ability to resolve issues & address complaints. * Good knowledge of relevant help desk software & remote support tools. Facilities * Food is provided in Nights Shifts. * Petrol allowances. * Good working environment. * Best Salary in the Industry. * Monthly Parties. Shift - 6:00AM to 2:00PM OR 10:00PM to 6:00AM Experience: 0-5 years
