ROLE: Classifying, selecting and cataloging the range of Indian ethnic wear on our site. Manage and create product descriptions and writeups. Document various product categories and new product categories (eg printed fabrics), especially highlighting the cultural aspects of it. Managing Triveni's Social media pages – developing the Social media campaigns and strategies, and implementing them. Working and coordinating with other Bloggers and Ambassadors on continuous Brand promotion through them. Creating and Managing Triveni Blogs and Newsletters and website promotional content such as banners, videos, campaigns/contests and posts. Helping flesh Triveni's brand identity – including iconography on the website, mascot, and mascot driven communication. Managing Triveni's paid digital media campaigns – such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AdRoll. We do most cutting edge campaigns on each of them – and most of these are largely managed in-house. This role also includes creating weekly ROI (Return on investment) reports based on ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value. REQUIRED BACKGROUND: Must have very good creative writing skills – strong passion for creative writing is a must. If you can't stand days sitting and just writing, please do not apply. Must have completed a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Mass Communication or undergraduate Design program, or have a strong interest in the area. Must have very solid communication skills. Must be creative, and must be able use visual creative tools such as Gimp, Irfanview effectively. Have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must understand digital medium very well. Must be self motivated and willing to work hard.
