Job Description

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of the application. Your primary focus will be the development of the Android application and its integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android source code.
Collaborate with other teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Continuously work on improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Excellent Analytical and Coding Skills
Should have good exposure to Android.
Hands-on with Core Java. Decent knowledge of Android Studio, Git
Should be able to create XML layouts
Experience with Memory management, REST web-services
Knowledge of Volley, OkHttp, Retrofit
