• The applicant is expected to have at least 1 year of experience as an IT business analyst .
• 1+ years of working experience as IT Business Analyst.
• Eliciting and Analyzing requirements from all stakeholders.
• Conducting Client Meetings for performing requirement analysis processes through Calls, Email Communication or Presentations.
• Partners with manager and client on defining project requirements, business functionalities and processes.
• Having a good hands-on in creating key project related documents such as Software/User Requirement Specification Documents, Scope of Work Documents (SOW), Functional specification Document.
• Create Wire-frames using any wire-framing tools like mockflow.com, Axure, Balsamiq, Draw.io, Visual Studio.
• Create Flow Diagrams or charts or Use Case diagrams as required to simplify the requirements.
• Works with the business and technical teams to define business needs and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
• The jobholder must use his system and business knowledge to provide an efficient and comprehensive level of support to the delivery teams. He / She should ensure that the business requirements are correctly captured and understood by the delivery teams to enable them to deliver the system solution with a high degree of quality.
• Assisting with the development of customer-focused documentation (User Guides, Training Materials, etc.) for software solutions.
• Brainstorm and document the test scenarios along with the team. [Good to have]
• Working with development and QA staff, sharing functional knowledge and explaining requirements, to implement and test defect corrections and enhancements for existing and proposed software solutions.
• Validate that the implementation meets the intended feature and communicate with respective stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Experience working as a BA for enterprise, mobile and web solutions.<
