Job responsibility
ï‚· Manage All internal and external communication effectively.
ï‚· Manage multiple projects at same along with Team/Project Lead.
ï‚· Active participation in projects from Project Analysis to go live. Requirement
analysis, create a high-level task list, estimation together with Technical team,
scheduling of the project, releasing progress or demo to clients, managing all project
related artefacts etc.
ï‚· Ensure a smooth, successful delivery for projects while maintaining optimum quality
standards. Monitor on project progress and team reporting on a daily basis.
ï‚· Stronghold on client and client communication, Regular communication with clients,
handle all conflicts with clients.
ï‚· Coordinate and lead teams effectively - coordinate with the development team
members, clients and team leads
ï‚· Maintain various project and team productivity reports and keep updated HOD on
periodically

Skills & Experience
ï‚· Very Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills with solid
problem-solving attitude
ï‚· Strong logical reasoning and analyzing power as well as aptitude
ï‚· Stronghold on client and client communication. In-depth understanding of
eCommerce ecosystem.
ï‚· Basic understanding or experience LAMP and Magento, React Js, React Native, PWA
is required
ï‚· Should be self-motivated, confident with pleasing personality and must be able to
handle a team of 5-10 individuals (together with Team/Project Lead)
Educational Qualifications
BE (IT/CS/CE), MBA (IT), MCA or MSc IT (English Convent education throughout preferred)
Experience
ï‚· 3+ years experience as a programmer in any technology (LAMP, Magento, React an added
advantage)
ï‚· 1+ year Industry experience as Project Lead / Team Lead / Project Coordinator is
mandatory. And especially handling 5-7 projects at same
