Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  

1. To ensure recovery as per the assigned KRA’s.
2. Focus on controlling Roll Forwards and maintaining requisite Normalization in cases assigned.
3. Proactive in coming up with suggestion in policy changes on collections.
4. Maintaining proper Feedback’s of each contract and provides the same as and when requested.
5. In consultation with panel advocate, Filing and attending legal matters in the court.
6. Maintain MIS of recoveries done and their month/quarter/year end status.
7. Ensure adherence to MOPP Norms.
8. To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
9. To adhere to Audit requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile:  

1. Passion for Collection & Knowledge of Collection/Recovery flow.  
2. Knowledge of Legal Collection tools.
3. Ability to work on multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
5. Willing to travel across.
6. Excellent man-management skills. 
7. Team player. 
8. Having good analytical skill with good oral and written communication.  
9. Excellent co-ordination skills.
