Basic Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, GULP, LESS.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery
• JavaScript Frameworks - Backbone / Angular
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT, Bitbucket, SVN .
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Good Communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills

Along with Technical Experience - below personal/individual abilities / traits is a must:

• Should be able to take a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team. Projects Deliveries Responsibility.
• Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including Performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Manage & Delivery Capacity in different technologies as well. (Should be having excellent grasping power), Should be able to perform and lead from the front.
