Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience required: 1-2 years.

Job Purpose:

Support, Programming, Customer Visit, Testing, Analyzing Software, Documentation.

Major Accountabilities:

Experience in handling the customers & provide support online & on-site.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Responsible for Documentation
Responsible for Testing, delivering the solution for the queries raised by all internal bugs.

Mandatory Skills Set:

SQL Server, Communication, Documentation

Desirable Skill Set:

Good to Have: Testing, Crystal Report, Visual Fox Pro
