Complete the live data load at the customer level, from data collected in the house or by data collection vendors, for onboarding customers
Assist with loading and/or decrypting images to either provide at store level or to specificities conversion company.
Complete the collecting, parsing, converting, and merging of data for pharmacies that request merges and splits to be completed
Perform and/or maintain SQL changes and specific shell scripts to internal programs that work in conjunction with compiled conversion programs
Ability to Review C code for our conversion programs to determine issues and enhancements as they arise. Work with development to QA and ensure all enhancements and fixes are implemented in a timely manner. As well as keeping a constant line of communication with our development team to ensure our internal conversion program maintains update and accurate results.
Complete quality assurance assessments of all data provided by a store or a selected data conversion company to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Provide assigned trainers and project managers, ahead of go-live, with a qualitative review of the customers' converted test data.
Coordinate with existing customers to copy requested files to another store that they own.
Assist Point of Sale installers with converting vendor item files into a format WinScan POS can import in order to minimize manual item entry of OTC items.
Communicate with the new and existing customers to determine the exact details of their current data in order to ensure the data is converted as accurately as possible. This ensures their non-standard setups are completed prior to the install date.
