Roles and Responsibilities

• She shall gather the requirements from clients check its feasibility and prioritize its development with all the stake holders.

• She shall be communicating, translate, and simplify business requirements of clients to the software development function in order to minimize the chance of faulty understanding and rework.

• She shall identify, clarify and intact the business needs in to development. Also need to review and produce specifications from the requirement gathered from clients.

• She shall work with solution architect and software development team to duly ensure that they understood requirement and specification correctly.

• She shall perform data analysis and derive business models for Uffizio products.

• She shall generate applicable scenarios for testing team and software development teams for delivering best in class software services.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements from the customers, checking feasibility of

that requirement in order to check fitment with our solution, checking feasibility of new requirement or

any additional feature which is demanded by customer.

He/ She shall be comfortable in understanding parameters of fleet management systems, able to visualize

upcoming and latest updates in our products and explain them to development function.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, critical thinking, analytical skills and excellent

presentation skills in order to perform the role of business analyst.
