Responsibilities:

Design, build, maintain, and support a public and private Azure cloud infrastructure and solutions to support the availability, orchestration, configuration scalability, maintenance, and monitoring of the platform (network, storage, compute, security, traffic management, identity management)

Responsible for implementation and deployment of infrastructure solutions based on Application architectural designs

Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain core infrastructure and services in Azure through automation leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies and source control solutions. Manage and maintain software defined infrastructure environment, configuration and build scripts for dev/qa/prd environments

Monitor all events that occur and detect and escalate exception conditions during CI and CD process where infrastructure impacts applications/platform.

Ability to Build and manage all services, including the orchestration/automation layer ( Compute, Backups, etc.)

Maintain operational stability, enforce security measures, testing, development and deployment of new infrastructure related technologies.

Work with Product teams to better refine automated provisioning through analysis of application patterns/workflow.

Track and monitor the usage/consumption of infrastructure specific services; ensure performance and SLA/OLA adherence.

Improve existing processes through automating solutions of recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions

Skillset required:

6+ years experience in infrastructure and devops role Azure Devops (must)

3 + years of experience with Microsoft Azure (certifications preferred)

Experience with Infrastructure as code automation - Azure ARM templates, Azure CLI, Terraform or thru other scripting languages (must)

Experience with Git-based workflows.

Experience working with container technologies (docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

Experience with creation CI CD pipelines and release work flows.

Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)

Experience with Security best practices in Azure public cloud and CI CD process.

Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring in being able to configure dashboards end t
