Job Description

The responsibility of the role holder is to ensure sales, revenue for the modules assigned.

Key Deliverables-

1. Lead generation through online & offline means.
2. Effective initial interaction and need analysis of the clients.
3. Understanding specialised requirements of the client and satisfying client with minimum developments.
4. Understanding the Customer Persona and demography.
5. Providing online demo via practical session post need analysis of client.
6. Documentation at each stage of acquisition- Interaction, Quotation sending, Demo, Requirements analysis, Payment follow-ups and implementation handover
7. Proper sign in of the client through payment follow-ups, payment receipt, agreements sign off.
8. Handover of all the client acquisition stage documents to the implementation team and coordination with implementation team for smooth cycle run.
9. Retention of all the clients through coordination with the Support team.
10. Understanding of comparison of key players in the market in the same domain.
11. Up selling to the existing clients.
12. Playing a key role in building Marketing campaigns, branding material and promoting social media pages.
13. Strong Email and Content writing skills.
14. Maintaining strong customer relationship with existing clients for reference building.
15. Presenting the brand and offerings on events, exhibitions and Conferences.
16. Strictly following the SOP and following process guidelines.
