Role Description – Senior Developer

Location: Bangalore / Pune 

Full stack application developer to work as enterprise platform technology Architect, using standard framework with design patterns and deployment; experience in end-to-end SDLC that includes requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

Essential Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
● Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
● 5+ years overall technical/product development experience.
● Hands-on experience in designing & developing highly scalable and technically complex systems using Java.
● Development and Design using object oriented and component-oriented techniques.
● Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
● Responsible for designing, implementing, & supporting a distributed blockchain-based network (optional).
● Responsible for analysing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model, & the building & launching of blockchain network (optional)

Essential Skills:

● Java, Data Structure & Algorithms, Design Patterns, Dropwizard Framework, Restful Web Services, Blockchain (Ethereum) (Optional), NoSQL Database (MongoDB), Product Development Background.

Job Responsibilities:

● Produce the clear, modular, extensible, maintainable and well-documented design and code.
● Core Java technology (multithreading, collections, exception handling) and knowledge in Java design patterns, object-oriented programming concept.
● Experience in implementing SOA (service-oriented architecture) using REST service.
● Deployment of services in AWS EC2 (Ubuntu) instance, with security configuration.
● Installing and configure Ejabberd (Chat Server) in private network with multiple virtual hosts.
● Obtaining SSL certificate for a domain with Let’s Encrypt (SSL Certificate).
● Working on Micro Service (Dropwizard), NoSQL Database (MongoDB), Relational Databases (MySQL), Chat (Ejabberd).
● Familiarity with Git / Bitbucket.
● Knowledge of Unix systems and scripting (shell).
