Business Development Executive (IT Product Company)

Job Description

Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new
clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business
development executives play an integral role in companies' longevity.
Job Description:
ï‚· Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
ï‚· Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with
the marketing department.
ï‚· Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
ï‚· Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
ï‚· Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
ï‚· Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
ï‚· Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
ï‚· Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain
relevant.
ï‚· Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business
generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
ï‚· Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
ï‚· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database
(Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
ï‚· Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
ï‚· Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting;
maintaining short- and long-term business development plans  

Requirements:
ï‚· Any Graduate or Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
ï‚· Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products
or services.
ï‚· Great networking skills.
ï‚· Excellent written and verbal communication.
ï‚· Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
ï‚· Experience with lead generation and prospect management
ï‚· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and
interact with potential customers
ï‚· Demonstrated and proven sales results in IT Sales – (1 Domestic Market, 2 nd
International)
ï‚· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Experience – 2 to 3 years
