Job Description

We are looking for a HR recruiter. It's a contract job, we will initially offer a contract for 6 months and then extend depending on the performance. 
 
Requirement: 
  • 1-3 years experience in hiring in IT. Java developers, web developers, product developers, DevOps and Technical leads 
  • Good communication skills 
  • a thorough understanding of Naukri job portal sourcing
  • other social media sites are an added advantage. 
Work responsibilities: 
  • sourcing the candidates 
  • Explaining the job to the candidates
  • talking to the candidates to understand availability/CTC/NP etc. 
  • Arranging interviews with the hiring managers 
  • document gathering pre-offer and post-offer 
  • Updating relevant trackers
