• Build the highest level of abstraction with Platforms components.

• Develop clean, beautiful, performant code.

• Overcoming challenges and evolving practices to improve quality and velocity.

• Own technical design and project execution, collaborating with cross-discipline team

• Work with other engineers on the team through pairing and code reviews

• Sharing best practices to promote technical excellence.

• 3+ years of creating solid Backend Platform at SaaS or IaaS on Java and any RDBMS

• Developed clean, performant, high-quality code and automated tests to verify its operations

• Good judgment for balancing scrappiness and long-term code maintainability.

• Strong coding skills with a passion for system architecture and troubleshooting skills.

• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player, strong communication skills and empathy • Degree in Computer Science (not a must)
