Job Description

Responsibilities
• Managing and ensuring timely dispatch of products from the warehouse and also
maintaining a proper log of all inbound products from different vendors, raw
materials, and returns.
• Controlling inventory stocks by conducting cycle counts, inventory audits
• Maintaining Daily reports and overviewing daily operations at the warehouse
• Allocation of work and ensure completion of shipments for amazon and other
marketplaces in a timely manner
• Ensure overall hygiene of the warehouse.
• Coordinating and supporting the packing team and guiding them.
• Monitoring the Inbound and outbound process within agreed timelines
• Scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Track and manage inventory
• Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Manage warehouse staff
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow
processes.
